Hello there

My name is Richard Counts. I'm a Frontend Developer and UX-designer based in The Hague, Netherlands. Currently graduating from the University of Applied Sciences Leiden with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

I’ve always had a love for storytelling and enjoy creating positive user experiences, whether it’s a website, videogame, or a Dungeons & Dragons campaign.

Silly Monkey Media sprung to life in 2018 as a way to bring all of my projects under one umbrella.

My specialization (Interaction Technology) is attractive to makers; creative minds who can develop and realize concepts.

I listen to the wishes and interests of all parties involved and work together in multidisciplinary teams to realize solutions that fulfill those wishes. My role specifically is focused on improving UX and user interaction.

A 2D mobile game for Android that combines elements of platformers, rhythm-games and classical music to create a challenging and educational experience.
